By downloading, installing or using DayZen ("the App"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and forms part of these Terms.
1. The App
DayZen is a personal day planner and journal. It lets you create tasks, write journal entries, view insights and achievements, receive reminders, and get on-device schedule suggestions. Some features (such as account sign-in and sync) require an internet connection.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least [AGE — 12] years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the App.
3. Your Account
- You may use parts of the App without an account. Some features require you to sign up with your name, email address and a password.
- You are responsible for keeping your password and PIN confidential and for all activity under your account.
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Your Content
- Tasks, journal entries and other content you create ("Your Content") belong to you.
- You give us a limited licence to store, process and transmit Your Content solely to operate the App for you, including syncing and backing it up if you have an account.
- You are responsible for Your Content. Do not store content that is unlawful or that infringes the rights of others.
- You are responsible for keeping your own copies of anything important. If you delete the App without syncing, or delete content, it may not be recoverable.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App, our servers or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or its backend services
- Reverse engineer, decompile or copy the App except as permitted by law
- Misuse the App to send spam or harmful content
6. Suggestions and Insights
The "AI" day-optimization feature, insights and achievements are automated, rule-based tools intended to help you plan. They are suggestions only, may not be accurate or suitable for your situation, and are not professional, medical, psychological or financial advice. You remain responsible for your own decisions.
7. Notifications and Reminders
Reminders depend on your device settings, operating system, battery optimisation and granted permissions. We do not guarantee that a reminder will be delivered on time. Do not rely on the App alone for time-critical or safety-critical events.
8. Security Features
The PIN and biometric lock help protect access to the App on your device. They do not guarantee protection against every threat. If you forget your PIN, we may not be able to recover locked data on your device.
9. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, code, text, illustrations and branding, is owned by [PUBLISHER — Aspire D2D] or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for its intended purpose. Third-party components remain subject to their own licences.
10. Availability and Changes
The App is provided on an evolving basis. We may add, change or remove features, or suspend or discontinue the App or any backend service, with or without notice. We will try to give reasonable notice of significant changes where practical.
11. Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy for how to request deletion). We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if needed to protect the App or other users.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, [PUBLISHER — AspireD2D] will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
14. Governing Law

15. Changes to These Terms
